Rates & Packages
Tutoring is offered in flexible session lengths, with most students meeting for 60-minute sessions. Session length and scheduling are adjusted based on student needs and the package selected. Tutoring is designed to provide consistent, individualized support throughout the school year, and pricing reflects the preparation, materials, and experience involved in each session.
Introductory Session
New students begin with a discounted introductory session ($80). This session is used to:
- ensure a good fit,
- identify priority topics, and
- determine the most effective approach for ongoing support.
Ongoing Tutoring Packages
After the introductory session, families may choose from packages of hours for ongoing tutoring. Packages are designed to support students who meet on a weekly or biweekly basis, as well as those seeking targeted support around specific topics, tests, or units.

Payment & Scheduling
Tutoring packages are prepaid, and sessions are scheduled based on student needs and availability. Families receive a tracker to monitor remaining hours and topics covered.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be deducted from the student’s package credit. I understand that unexpected situations arise and appreciate as much notice as possible when changes are needed.
